First launch: Onboarding
When you open Plateline for the first time, a guided tour walks you through the main features. You can replay the tour anytime by going to Settings -> Help and tapping "Replay guided tour".
Plateline asks you for your preferences at the start: weight unit (kilograms or pounds), distance unit, and default rest time between sets.
