When this website is loaded, Cloudflare processes connection data as a processor: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and operating system. Anyone who contacts the operator by email has the details in that message stored for handling the request and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request relates to entering into or performing a contract, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise (a legitimate interest in answering requests). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle the conversation, unless a statutory retention duty requires otherwise.
Contact form
This website has a contact form. Whoever uses it transmits their email address, the text of the message, the chosen app and the chosen language; giving a name is optional. These details are delivered to the operator as an email and used solely to answer the enquiry. The sender's IP address is not included in the email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Delivery is handled by the email service Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Resend processes the email address, the name where given, and the content of the message. A transfer to the United States takes place, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The message is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle the conversation, unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.
Rights of the data subject
The rights to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR) apply.
