Looks Maxxing: Right of Withdrawal (draft for legal review)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by a clear statement (for example an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send the notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performance after you expressly consented and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the beginning of performance.

For a contract for a service, the right of withdrawal expires when we have performed the service in full and began performance only after you expressly consented and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the beginning of performance.

Consequences

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

Purchases through Apple

Looks Maxxing is free. Purchases in the app are voluntary tips and are handled through the App Store. Apple grants refunds for in-app purchases under the Apple Media Services Terms. Your statutory right of withdrawal against us remains unaffected.
