What the app does
- Records severity, conditions, body sites, symptoms, triggers and treatments.
- Attaches photos to any entry, and compares two of them side by side.
- Charts the severity trend, your symptoms, the body sites and the tags you use most.
- Exports a one-page PDF for an appointment, and a CSV of everything.
- No account, no server, no ads, no analytics. Nothing leaves the iPhone unless you export it.
- A Face ID or passcode lock keeps the diary private.
Dermline is for anyone managing a long-term skin condition such as acne, rosacea, eczema or psoriasis, who wants a record they can trust and a report a clinician can read in thirty seconds.
The diary itself is free: unlimited entries, photos, your whole history and the 7 and 30 day insights. Pro adds three things only: the before and after photo comparison, the doctor PDF report, and the lock.
