This notice applies to consumers resident in the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will find our contact details in the Impressum at https://mk-sd.com/en/impressum

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send the notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Purchase through the App Store

Purchases and subscriptions in this app are handled through Apple. Apple is your contracting party for the purchase. Refunds and the cancellation of subscriptions therefore go through Apple and not through us. You can reach this through https://reportaproblem.apple.com and in the App Store settings of your Apple account. Cancelling a subscription is not an exercise of the right of withdrawal and vice versa: the subscription ends only when you cancel it.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
